Why does your phone stay unavailable no matter when I call? Did you block me?
I blocked you after you went out with my best friend behind my back.
Linda, this is Tiffany, didn't you save my number?

Don't deny it. You're so beautiful that John couldn't resist you.
Thank you for your compliment. May I ask if this is John or my friend Linda?
This is Linda. I'm still mad that you seduced John. I loved him, but I never had the courage to tell him.
I'm sorry, I just checked carefully and realized I accidentally entered the wrong number. This isn't my friend Linda, and she's never met anyone named John. I hope this hasn't caused you any trouble. Can you accept my apology?
Don't try to apologize. You knew I loved John!!
I am deeply sorry for my mistake and for bothering you. My number differs from my friend Linda's by only one digit, so I apologize for the offense. I hope you can forgive me. I don't know who John is.
In my opinion, you are John, am I right?
Someone sent me a text message today pretending they entered a wrong number. This is most likely the beginning of a pig butchering scam. The idea is to gain the trust of the person on the phone and over the course of several months fatten them up and then steal their money. Often crypto is involved since it is easy to transmit and hard to roll back the transaction.
Most likely "Tiffany" was in a scammer compound in Myanmar or Cambodia where people are kept mostly against their will and forced to scam wealthy and dumb foreigners like me. Please be careful when someone unknown texts you and then offers to be your friend.
